Resetting a User’s MFA

In order to reset a user’s MFA from the forecheck application, the following steps are nessecary.

  1. Log into the Forecheck Application
  2. Click the Organization Tab
  3. Click the User Tab at the top of the page
  4. Find the user account that needs to have MFA reset
  5. Select the user, and click the reset mfa button near the save button.
  6. On next login, the user will be prompted to re-enroll in MFA.
