In order to reset a user’s MFA from the forecheck application, the following steps are nessecary.
- Log into the Forecheck Application
- Click the Organization Tab
- Click the User Tab at the top of the page
- Find the user account that needs to have MFA reset
- Select the user, and click the reset mfa button near the save button.
- On next login, the user will be prompted to re-enroll in MFA.
